Textile cable made of black braided Technora® aramid fibers with UV protection.
Excellent performance under load and at high temperatures.
Polyurethane impregnation applied to the core of the rope enhances the manufacturing process and improves abrasion resistance of the fibers.

Can replace steel cable.
Lightweight and easy to handle.
More static than Dynalight:

No elongation under working load.

No creep under constant tension.
Construction :
12 strand hollow braid in Technora® with PU coating.
Available in diameters from 8 to 12 mm. Degradation temperature : 260°C

Tous les critères techniques et mécaniques sont analysés, matières premières, assemblage, construction, traitement, finition, conditionnement.
En cas de développement possible, l’équipe commerciale vous adressera alors un devis et un délai de livraison.
Après validation du devis et du dossier technique, un prototype pourra être testé avant de vous être adressé. Nous avons la possibilité de faire certifier votre produit par l’organisme de votre choix.
Tous nos produits sont soumis à des tests laboratoire précis : résistance rupture, force de choc, allongement, souplesse, nouabilité, glissement de gaine, rétraction à l’eau …
Le tout respectant les différentes réglementations ISO et les normes européennes en vigueur.
Des tests complémentaires peuvent être réalisés sur demande.
Votre demande est prête à être industrialisée.
