Submit your request using our contact form:
- Requirement
- End use
- Environment in which your product will be used
- Desired technical characteristics
- Desired length and diameter
- COUSIN® brand or white label
Our design office will then examine the feasibility of your request.
All technical and mechanical criteria are analyzed, including raw materials, assembly, construction, processing, finishing, and packaging.
If development is possible, the sales team will send you a quote and a delivery timeframe.
Once the quote and technical file have been approved, a prototype can be tested before being sent to you. We can have your product certified by the organization of your choice.
All our products undergo rigorous laboratory testing: breaking strength, impact strength, elongation, flexibility, knotability, sheath slippage, water shrinkage, etc.
All tests comply with the various ISO regulations and European standards in force.
Additional tests can be carried out on request.
Your request is ready for industrialization.
We are committed to meeting the deadline.
In the military field, lifting ropes play a strategic role in numerous tactical and logistical operations. Designed to meet the extreme demands of the terrain, they enable lifting, extraction, handling, or evacuation of personnel and equipment in often hostile conditions.
Made from high-strength synthetic materials such as Kevlar®, Dyneema®, or Technora®, these ropes combine lightness, durability, and reliability. They can support heavy loads while maintaining good handling and high resistance to abrasion, chemicals, UV exposure, and extreme temperatures. These features make them perfectly suited for military environments, where durability and safety are paramount.
Lifting ropes are used in various situations: hoisting personnel from helicopters, extracting vehicles, installing crossing systems, or setting up temporary structures. They are also employed in rescue or medical evacuation missions in combat zones or disaster areas.
To ensure their effectiveness, these ropes are subject to strict standards regarding breaking load, dynamic strength, safety, and longevity. They undergo regular inspections and adhere to strict maintenance protocols.
Essential in special operations and rapid deployments, military lifting ropes are more than just tools: they are a key element of mobility and safety in the field. Their reliability determines the success of the most critical missions, where no errors are allowed.
